We take great care in providing services and dental products that support your oral health. While dental care is different from retail, we want to explain how refunds and returns work at our office.
Dental treatments are personal and customized. This means services like cleanings, fillings, crowns, or aligners are not returnable. Once a service is performed, it cannot be undone or exchanged. Our team works hard to explain all procedures and costs before your visit. We want you to feel confident in every step of your care.
If you ever feel unsure, ask questions. We’re happy to explain everything in simple terms.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns after a procedure, please contact us within a few days of your visit. We will gladly review your case, assess the situation, and try to find a solution. Sometimes, follow-up visits or adjustments may be needed.
If a refund is requested, it will be considered case by case. We aim to be fair, but must follow professional and ethical dental standards.
If you’ve prepaid for a service and change your mind before it begins, please contact us right away. In some cases, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on preparation already done. For example, lab work or materials ordered may not be refundable.
Again, we’ll always try to handle requests with kindness and transparency.
We sometimes sell oral health products like toothbrushes, whitening kits, or custom trays. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in original packaging and not damaged.
Due to health and safety laws, we cannot accept returns on opened products, even if unused.
If you paid for a service that your insurance later covers, we’ll refund the difference to you. This happens only after we receive payment from your insurer. It may take a few weeks depending on your plan. Our team will let you know if any balance or refund is due.
If you believe you qualify for a refund or return, please call or visit our office. Our staff will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method.
